This story is set in a parallel world of Prince of Tennis. Updates are irregular, and it will not be going behind a paywall. Consider it a gift in return for my youth, and thanks to Prince of Tennis for being with me through all those years.
I’ll do my best to keep everyone in character. I’ll also mention some of my own headcanons in the author’s notes.
The focus is on Rikkai Dai. Long live our captain!!
Also, I’m not very good at writing blurbs, so thanks for bearing with me (^_^)☆

Rikkai Dai reigns supreme! Rikkai Dai is undefeated!
Blood and sweat have soaked this court. This... this is the territory ruled by our Rikkai Dai.
Thanks to the members’ tireless efforts, the “Invincible Champions,” Rikkai Dai, have won the Kanto title fifteen years in a row and the national title twice in a row. Rikkai Dai will never allow defeat!
“Captain...” Akaya Kirihara had just come off the court and immediately went over to Yukimura Seiichi. Looking uneasy, he said, “I’m sorry.”
Yukimura Seiichi crossed his arms over his chest, his fingers tapping idly against his arm. His expression was as gentle as ever, yet for some reason it sent a chill through everyone who saw it.
Seeing Yukimura’s “kind” smile, Kirihara felt a chill run down his spine. He hurriedly racked his brains for an apology. “I shouldn’t have let my guard down because I looked down on him... And I shouldn’t have, um, tried to play around a little longer and given my opponent a chance. At the time, I was just thinking, ‘How could someone like that possibly...’ Right, how could he possibly! How could I possibly lose!...”
As he spoke, Kirihara grew increasingly indignant. He couldn’t believe that the loser he’d looked down on had won a game against him. Sure, he’d crushed him in the end, but the thought of having gone over the time limit still made him furious.
Yukimura stood with the light behind him, his expression indistinct, impossible to read. He simply reached over and patted the top of Kirihara’s head. “Let it go. Since this is your first offense, you’ll double your training when we get back.”
Kirihara’s eyes filled with grateful tears. “You’re so good to me, Captain!” So, so good! He’d seen how the person who lost last time was mercilessly crushed by the captain until he questioned his very existence. And after a mistake like this, he was still getting off... He was so moved!
The Fudomine players who had just lost: Excuse me??? What the heck? (Confused.) Is this really the same demon we just saw???
Content warning:
The pairing is Sanada x Yukimura. Romance and the tennis career are equally important, though the story leans a little more toward romance. Slow burn.
The author is busy with real-life schoolwork, so updates will be whenever!
Thanks for your support \ ( ̄︶ ̄)/
Theme: We, Rikkai Dai, will be the ones to win.
Damn, you haven't updated for a long time. Please don't give up.
The school uniform of Rikkai University is not orange. The school uniform should be considered dark green. The uniforms chosen by the tennis club are dark yellow.
