Lin Shen, the unloved eldest legitimate son of a once-prominent century-old family fallen on hard times, is married off to a coal magnate by his father for the sake of the family's advancement. But the coal magnate wants Lin Shen to play online games with him.

2. This idea came to me in my senior year of high school. I'm a senior in college now, so I may not remember some of the settings clearly. If anything seems strange, it's definitely my own headcanon.
3. The golden finger is incredibly, ridiculously powerful. You'll know from the first chapter. It's the kind that practically wants to give my son the whole world.
4. The love interest's surname is Qiguan. Just looking at that surname tells you how unconventional the author was back then.
5. Same-sex marriage is legal in this setting.
6. I'm open to feedback and suggestions, but I won't accept insults.
