Reborn: Raising a Male God

Lin Zheng has always been upset that her father mistook her for a boy back then and gave her such an unfeminine name. Who would have thought that after all that complaining, she'd suddenly be reborn? The name's already set, so changing her gender should solve the problem, right? Lin Zheng: "...If I don't have any particular wishes, maybe experiencing life as a man wouldn't be so bad?" And so-- School bully: "You're amazing, Brother Lin! From now on, we're following you!" Lin Zheng: Aren't you the guy who used to corner me after school and take my pocket money? Best friend: "Lin Zheng, I like you!" Lin Zheng: Don't think I don't know you've got athlete's foot. Partner [serious]: "Lin Zheng will always be my best bro!" Lin Zheng: "..." Teacher: Lin, please stop flirting with your classmates! Lin Zheng: I have no idea what you're talking about. I'm just naturally handsome. A girl is reborn as a boy, three years younger than her former self. A jack-of-all-trades. A feel-good coming-of-age story about studying hard, making money, and doing her bit for society. For the general feel, think of the leveling-up stories on Qidian. Romance is unclear. The protagonist is bisexual and will just go with the flow and leave it to fate. BL is more likely. Tentatively no CP. Setting: An alternate modern world. It has similarities to and differences from our own. If something I write doesn't make sense, that's my all-purpose excuse. Don't get too invested. I'm busy, so updates aren't guaranteed. Even weekly updates are a stretch. If our values don't match, feel free to give me the boot.
