The Virtue of Moderation

By sheer luck, I was hit by some unknown vehicle and sent flying to this godforsaken place. A bird flying overhead is a rare miracle, and the only consolation is that the scenery here is lovely...

My original wish was to travel around this world and enjoy the sights, living an ordinary life. Then I met you. For you, I will no longer be ordinary; for you, I will no longer stay silent. How could someone from the 21st century die at the hands of people from the past? Wouldn't that make all my centuries of evolution a waste?!
