Style: A serious drama that doesn't take itself seriously
Time: Modern day
PS: The timeline has been rearranged and reset. Qin Ming is 28, and Fang Mu is 25.
PPS: Also, there's something you absolutely must do before reading. Please forget all the various ridiculous versions of Section Chief Qin from the little jokes I've written... This is a serious drama, a serious drama, a serious drama!!!
PPS: The only reason I started writing this was the heavy, oppressive feeling Crime Psychology left me with. That same feeling kept me from finishing the original, and I chose never to open the final book. Maybe that's being overly sentimental, but I'm content to let Fang Mu live in the moment I want for him. It was because I presumptuously wanted to give Fang Mu a place to rest and a refuge that I wrote Daylight's Void.
I remember someone once said that if everyone in the world believed that human nature was good from the start, and believed that the world was as pure as it had been at the beginning, then that person would become the last Satan, teaching people love and hatred, life and death. The original intention behind this drama is the opposite: flowers bloom on both sides of life, and people stand between Buddha and demon. The demons in people's hearts have turned this city into hell. You have to believe that after the baptism of blood, the final ray of holy light will surely descend. Endless night, daylight's void.
So, what I'm telling you is the story of all the sins you never had the courage to commit.
Please update my wife, woo woo woo
