As the title suggests, this is a story about transmigrating into One Piece.
This idea came from playing too much Honor of Kings. Please ignore any parts that don't make sense.
A plot-driven power fantasy with a huge golden finger.
Here comes the serious version of the synopsis: Chen Xi is a real oddball in the cultivation world. His parents failed to ascend, and with no one to push him, he never cultivated again. He stayed at the body-tempering level from the age of thirteen until he was twenty-two, living an ordinary life like an ordinary person.
And body tempering just meant being a little stronger than an average person, able to take a little more punishment, and a little better at fighting.
At heart, Chen Xi is a seasoned shut-in.
Another Friday night finds Chen Xi holed up in his bedroom, playing Honor of Kings. Unfortunately, he gets stuck with four useless elementary school teammates. For the sake of victory, Chen Xi tries to carry the whole team by himself, racing all over the map and constantly spamming instructions in the chat. He fights until his face is red, his adrenaline is pumping, and cold sores are gathering at the corners of his mouth.
And yet...
He just can't carry them.
In the end, he runs to save someone, only for his useless teammates to abandon him and flee. Trapped in a circle of enemies, he dies horribly. Overcome with rage, Chen Xi suffers cultivation deviation and goes into shock. With his dying breath, he lets out an indignant roar: "Damn it! I'll never play with a team on Friday nights again! I can't deal with elementary school kids!"
Then Chen Xi transmigrates and is reborn,
as Monkey D. Lucy.
