Western Fantasy: Land of the Gods

This is the age of the gods' fall. This is also the age of the gods' rebirth. The queen holds her scepter, seated high upon her throne, gazing up at the heavens. The stars have gathered here, illuminating the mountain of bones beneath her feet. "If there are no gods on this continent, then I will become one." The collision between the new age of steam and magic and the changing age of the old gods has begun. This story has three main characters, and may feature an ensemble cast: A cool, long-legged queen who leads her tribe to conquer the world A warmhearted, fatherly orc priest who offers folksy wisdom and has fallen on hard times A shrewd, penny-pinching orphan peddler who talks big and cares only about money A story about the three meeting, helping one another [not really], and growing [not really]. Updates every night at eight. This is a rambling story I started writing without a plan, having given up on trying to fix myself. My last book scared me a little, so I want to give my brain a rest. Read at your own risk.
