The reason I’m writing all these things down is that whenever I do something bad, one unfortunate thing after another tends to happen. That must be what people mean by “karma,” right? Heaven is being far too harsh with me, so I think I’d better record it all. At the very least, it can serve as a cautionary tale for my descendants. It could also become a family heirloom, which they might sell centuries from now when they’ve fallen on hard times. The writing itself may not be worth much, but paper that’s been kept for hundreds of years could fetch a decent price, at least as an antique or something.
