[Detective Conan] You're Still Guessing Your Teammates' Identities Today

The whole story is being revised. Draft in progress.

The "undercover game" has been forced to begin.

To reunite with your beloved family as soon as possible, you join the legendary Black Organization.

The blond naked man passed out on your balcony, the "great detective's" apprentice working all sorts of odd jobs, the wildly popular idol trying to get closer to you...

Are they all allies on your side?

*

Everyone has secrets... Yes, including you. No matter how close you are, you can never be sure that you're completely honest with each other, with no lies between you.

But...

"Would it be so hard for everyone to sit down, have some tea, and share the information we've got?"

You swear you said it without any malicious intent.

Yet the little detective you invited over looked as if he were facing a mortal threat.

At the sight of that, a genuine smile spread across your lips.

Conan: "..." Damn it, I've been played.

*

Try having faith.

That alone can change how the story ends.

A few things to know before reading:

1. The protagonist is the pursuer. Second-person POV.

2. All the supporting characters are into you, with separate endings for each.

3. This is basically a Detective Conan solo fanfic. It's not a fix-it fic. It involves the main Detective Conan storyline, but doesn't follow the original RUM arc (a few of my own takes on filling in the gaps √).

4. Light, not-at-all-brain-burning deduction that takes you to the truth about the wine factory (×) What if the "Rum Lang theory" is right? (√)

Theme: You don't need to be related by blood to become someone's closest family.
