[A tribute series to my idol, Alan Rickman (Series One)]
Note
Because of the unforgettable Snape created by Ms. J.K. Rowling,
and the unforgettable Severus brought to life by Mr. Alan Rickman,
there is a Severus Snape whom so many people adore and hope will find a happy ending.
This is just a little story written by one young witch who hopes that the devoted and single-minded Snape will find happiness.
It is also a tribute to my idol, Mr. Alan Rickman!
At last, I hope all you witches and wizards will enjoy this story!
A person who never existed in the original story suddenly appears at your side! And you, too, are one of those who came into being out of nowhere?!
This is a hidden story, or perhaps one that takes place at the other end of the same space, in a parallel world.
An English girl grows up in a pure-blood wizarding family. She has two older brothers and is the most cherished child in the family...
As a child, she encounters, hears, and sees strange things no one else can, but never tells anyone...
After believing for eleven years that her days have been perfectly ordinary, and that she is a disgrace to her family...
She receives an acceptance letter from Hogwarts? So... so she's not a Squib after all!
Though she is indeed a witch, for some reason she can't use magic normally, like other wizards.
When the girl meets a quiet, withdrawn boy at school, and the two grow from strangers into close friends...
They discover that a huge gulf lies between them, an issue neither of them can escape...
From strangers to friends, from friendship to flirtation and love, from trust to misunderstanding...
"Sev... If I could choose all over again, I would still make the same choice! Even if I'm not the one in your heart."
- Joyce Katherine Potter.
"My heart beats only for you. You are the one and only love of my life, Kaylin."
-Severus Snape.
** Notes:
(1) This story mainly focuses on Slytherin. I'll try to avoid making it Mary Sue-ish or turning anyone into a white lotus.
(2) I won't go out of my way to bash other characters, but I may do so depending on the story, such as Albus or V...
(3) The story's direction may change with inspiration. The ending isn't set in stone; it could be happy or tragic.
(4) I'll try to stick to the original novel's setting, but most of the story is my own original writing.
(5) Feel free to leave gentle comments asking for updates, but I won't accept malicious criticism of me or other authors.
(6) Stories are the result of authors' hard work. Please don't steal them.
(7) <I can't think of anything else right now. I'll add more if I do!>
