Conquering Swords [Crossover]

Hoshiya Yuri is a woman, a graduate of Totsuki Academy, an SAO survivor, a professional painter, and a hardcore shut-in.

One day, while out and about, she accidentally bought a high-freedom dating game whose selling point was personified ancient swords. Before she knew it, she'd become hopelessly hooked, and her life as an otaku went completely off the rails…

Also known as “Grinding Swords in the Game and in Real Life” and “Always Getting Courted,” this is both a history of dating in a two-dimensional world and a collection spree in the real one. National treasures, important works of art, private collections… She'll collect them all for her Honmaru.

More than half the readers say this story awakened their girlish hearts. If you want something sweet, don't miss it! (Then she picks up the face she just tossed away.)

A lighthearted comedy focused mainly on daily life, with the game and real-world storylines told in turns.

Keywords: Games, food, a lazy shut-in's transformation into a champion

Warnings: Lots of author-created details and romance routes. I'll try to keep everyone in character, but since this is a crossover, some locations and timelines may differ. If that's not for you, please quietly move on; there's no need to tell me. I believe all my dear readers are polite and kind.

One last plug: my completed old story, Once Upon a Honmaru. It has an aloof heroine with zero flirting skills when it comes to men, but maxed-out skills when it comes to swords. Give it a try if you're interested.

Theme: The boundary between virtuality and reality disappears.
