One Piece: The One Who Never Left

First Mate Ace is tall, handsome, and gentle.

Single.

He attracts women wherever he goes.

Yet he turns down every beautiful woman who confesses to him.

The new recruits envy him, but can't understand why.

One of them asks around, and finally hears the name Alyssa from an old crewman.

Heaven knows how badly he wants to find out what kind of woman could make this chaste heartthrob fall in love.

So he goes to interview the captains.

Vista instinctively puts away his sword: The girl who kept messing with my sword cloth and whetstone.

Jozu instantly turns to diamond: The girl who kept asking why I wouldn't cut off a piece and sell it.

Blamenco immediately covers his neck: She could stuff my hammer in there and play with it for ages.

Curiel rubs his head: That strange girl who'd stare at my hat and sigh without saying a word.

Izo says nothing, just looks at Marco.

Marco is silent for a long while, gazing at the little boat, now barely visible in the distance.

He lets out a sigh.

She's a silly girl.
