Offering to the Spirits

In a reckless bid to obtain a spirit, she offers her whole heart in exchange,

letting it seep into her bones and blood,

planting it in her life,

using her body as a cage,

her bloodline as nourishment,

and her surging, overflowing love as a thread,

tying them together for a lifetime, bound in an endless tangle.

P.S. Please don't read too much into the place names in this story. Many of them just happen to share names with real places. Also, this story is tagged as horror, but probably won't be all that frightening. I'm a scaredy-cat myself, after all.

Male lead: He can be a top student, throw punches, stay home, act sweet, or brood. He can host guests in the parlor and cook in the kitchen, fight monsters and warm up the bed. The perfect companion for home or travel.

Female lead: ~~(╯﹏╰)b I can't quite put her into words right now. In any case, she won't recklessly get herself killed or drag everyone down.
