Reborn as First Snow

Prison babies... just what the name suggests. Every year, hundreds of thousands of babies are born in prison. Their mothers conceived them before being incarcerated for various reasons. The prison allows them to raise their babies, but once the children are born, they are sent to orphanages. To make their mothers easier to reform, the children are allowed to meet them once or twice a month on a regular basis. Through a pane of glass, they look at the strangers before them, who either offer advice or weep.
