Lately I've gotten into reading fanfiction, and after reading enough, I wanted to try writing some myself.
The first story in my fanfiction series, a Douluo Dalu fanfic.
When I first read Douluo Dalu, I thought Xiao San was totally the uke, hehe.
Sticking to a one-on-one pairing: a scheming seme and a gentle uke.
Hua Ye, an assassin betrayed by his organization, is brought to Douluo Dalu by a System. Other people's Systems are all-in-one, high-end setups, while his can only serve as an encyclopedia. Luckily, that encyclopedia gave him an amazing cultivation technique.
(I wanted to write an extremely sweet story. Halfway through, I realized I'm terrible at romance, so it seems I've set myself up for failure. Tears.)
This is a lighthearted, sweet story disguised as a serious one. The author cries at the drop of a hat. To make up for the frustration I felt while reading, I may redeem Bibi Dong (I actually liked her quite a bit early on). A happy ending for everyone is guaranteed. I'll change the genders of a few characters for the BL, and there will also be BG, so proceed with caution if that's not your thing.
