A Fujoshi's Survival Guide to Onmyoji

Top student + independent + scheming + MAX combat strength + fujoshi + loves flowers = Feng Ling... That's right! You read that correctly. This is the protagonist's character profile! As a fujoshi, Feng Ling is always sniffing out signs of romance. She's quite satisfied with the couples in the Onmyoji game, but Shuten Doji has his heart set on Momiji and hasn't noticed Ibaraki Doji's stalker (crossed out) feelings for him. Sakura is devoted to Lord Loyalty and hasn't realized that Peach Blossom has been quietly nurturing her love. As for Hangan and his partner... Haku... well, Haku firmly refuses to accept him. Is this what they call a tsundere? And Seimei and Hiromasa? They're a couple in the novel, but in the game there isn't even a hint of anything between them! So one bored fujoshi goddess, clutching a handkerchief in her teeth just like Feng Ling, tossed her into the world of Onmyoji, claiming it was to help all her fellow fujoshi complete their mission of pairing everyone up! All right, stay calm. The fujoshi goddess slanders me, bullies me, insults me, laughs at me, looks down on me, treats me like dirt, hates me, and deceives me. How should I deal with her? Comrade Feng Ling says: Just endure her, give in to her, humor her, avoid her, put up with her, and respect her... Ah! I can't take it anymore! Somebody give me that fujoshi goddess's address! I'm sending her a box of knives! The heroine is a little idealized, but she grows quickly and is independent and self-reliant. She is Asian, both in the game and in real life. If you're looking for steamy scenes, this isn't for you. The writing gets a little literary at times, though not much in the later chapters.
