(Touken Ranbu) Why Does This Saniwa Remind Me of Someone?

+After thousands of years of change, wandering among the hearts of humankind and bearing both good and evil, can a being called a god truly retain their divinity forever? What happens if a god refuses to obey?

In 2205, the historical preservation organization known as the Time Government began recruiting its first generation of Saniwa. Yet in less than two years, the first generation suffered heavy losses, though their experiments also yielded countless valuable insights. To increase the number of Saniwa and ensure they could repel the Time Retrograde Army, the Time Government began recruiting humans with spiritual power on a large scale. This also led to a growing number of Dark Honmaru, and a host of problems never encountered before began to arise.

Ten years later, in order to maintain the number of Saniwa on duty, recruitment for the fourth generation began. Apart from the characters' names, this story has almost no historical basis; it is entirely fictional. My writing is awful, the characters are all too perfect, and any OOC is my fault. The swords belong to the official creators. Be warned: there is angst and emotional devastation! Includes corruption and shattered-sword settings! It will probably get sweet again later... If you can't accept that, let's part on good terms! All Saniwa pairings, mainly Tsurumaru/Saniwa. Lots of original headcanons! The Saniwa is from the Chinese server, and only characters I already own will appear.
