They Say There’s a Tavern in Chang’an

I Heard There's a Tavern in Chang'an

"When I was in Chang'an, I heard there was a tavern with a distinctive, fresh, and elegant setting. They say it brews its wine from plum blossoms, making it quite unusual. The taste is sweet, and the aroma of the wine has a slight bitterness. It may not be a famous vintage, but it has a charm all its own. If fate allows, I would love to share a drink with you, my lady."

A story about a bandit girl and a young nobleman who meet in their carefree youth, grow up, and support each other along the way.

This is a fictional setting, completely fictional!

All places and other names in this story are made up or fictional. Please don't take them seriously or try to verify them. I called it Chang'an because, for some reason, I felt like writing about Chang'an when I started this story, and the idea seemed exciting. In truth, I've never even been there...

The setting is that after the Song dynasty, an unknown dynasty took its place, while the Yuan, Liao, and Jin dynasties fell into internal strife and never moved south.

I'm terrible at coming up with names, so they're all pretty awkward, especially the heroine's. I thought about giving her a prettier or more distinctive name, but then I realized I wouldn't want to write the story anymore if I changed it.

The story gets a bit absurd, and the logic... is a little scattered... But that's always been a problem in my writing. Also, feel free to point out mistakes and leave comments. Thanks for reading! O(∩_∩)O
