① Tsurumaru is the protagonist, but he barely appears in the early chapters.
② The saniwa has a name and is a native of Japan: Kumoyama Aoi (KUMOYAMA AOI), not Kumo Wasabi (KUMO WASABI). Although the name is inspired by the meaning of sunflower, it is not pronounced HIMAWARI.
③ There are many characters in this story (the full sword roster as of the Jewels update). Even popular characters in the general sense, such as Kiyomitsu and Mikazuki, won't get much page time unless the plot calls for it.
④ The worldbuilding is fairly complex, so there are many original characters, not just the saniwa. Please keep that in mind before reading.
⑤ Some characters will have feelings for the saniwa, but overall, this Honmaru is family-oriented.
⑥ I have no intention of slandering any characters, nor will I make them act out of character for no reason. But if they differ greatly from your expectations, please say, "This isn't my XXX," three times, then click the X in the upper-right corner.
Plot warnings:
① There are enough original worldbuilding details to support a fairly complex setting.
② The early chapters are mostly clean (no sex), but as the plot develops, there will be threesomes, BDSM, and so on. These scenes are mostly in secret links, so feel free to skip them if you prefer.
③ The general progression is angst → sweetness → angst → bad ending. The saniwa will die, but the bad ending isn't because the protagonist dies.
④ "There will be twists and wild plot developments later on" is already a spoiler in itself. I won't say more, but please be prepared before reading.
