Bright as the Moon

Bright as the moon, when can I reach it? Gu Wenxian, forced to return home to study after his family goes bankrupt, meets Nie Ge, a spoiled rich second-generation kid. They can't stand each other and are constantly at odds, but after an accident, they bury the hatchet. As they spend more time together, they discover they are actually two of a kind. Their feelings deepen, and they spend every day with their arms around each other, calling each other brothers. Gu Wenxian knows, however, that his feelings for Nie Ge aren't entirely innocent. Afraid of leading Nie Ge astray, after the college entrance exams he deliberately applies to a school thousands of miles away from Nie Ge's. In a fit of anger, Nie Ge goes abroad to study, and the two lose touch. Years later, Gu Wenxian finally understands what the note Nie Ge left him all those years ago said: I like you. Bright as the moon, yet impossible to reach. But at least you and I will meet again someday.
