[Crossover] Delusional Honmaru

“You really are a heartless master.” The male tsukumogami embracing the girl loosely from behind said in an utterly calm voice.

The black-haired man, who always kept himself looking dashing, was now drenched in blood. It was the blood of his comrades, and the wicked fruit of his jealousy.

“Shokudaikiri, can I look at you?” The girl, whose eyes were covered by his hand, tilted her long neck back like an offering on an altar.

“I'm afraid I can't...” The tsukumogami behind her gave a brief, self-mocking laugh. His honey-gold eyes, once warm as the sun, were now covered in blood, yet they still gazed at the girl in his arms with a trace of their former tenderness. “I don't want you to see me in this wretched state, not now... even if, in your heart, I have probably become a demon from hell...”

“I've always wanted to ask why you can so carelessly lavish your feelings on one person after another...” The remaining tenderness in his blood-red eyes gradually faded, replaced by the keen, icy sharpness of the sword itself. His battered body had reached its limit. “But it doesn't matter anymore...”

“Please...” The man called Shokudaikiri still covered the girl's eyes tightly with his left hand, his bloodstained black glove removed. He slowly raised the katana in his right hand, which was giving off a mournful cry and was close to shattering. In stark contrast to the coldness in his eyes, his final whisper was tender and unbearably sorrowful. “Come with me to the afterlife.”

A Guide to Enjoying This Fic: ① This story is mainly about Touken Ranbu, with an otome romance RPG feel and various alternate interpretations. ② The story has multiple branching choices. In chapters with a choice, each reader can vote once. The next chapter will follow the branch with the most votes in the comments. ③ This is my first time writing in this format, so I'm giving it a try with no outline at all. The story's direction depends entirely on the readers' choices, and the final male lead will be whoever gets the most affection points from you.

Shall we make a pact?
