(Voldemort/Daiyu) The Outsider

The story has concluded on Weibo. This is a revised and reset version with bugs and details fixed, and it follows the original Harry Potter plot as closely as possible. After death, Lin, who has turned back into an immortal plant, is unexpectedly stranded across the ocean and meets fourteen-year-old Tom Riddle. Their feelings develop over time. She can touch objects but not people, existing as a non-ghost spirit similar to Peeves. During his travels after graduation, an Auror mistakes the immortal plant for a product of Dark Magic and puts it on a wanted list. Dumbledore takes Lin under his protection, while Tom studies Dark Magic to take revenge on those who once hunted him. This isn't a bad ending, but in this life, as the Dark Lord, Lin's presence may change Tom's life, yet cannot change the Dark Lord's nature. Includes an interlude from Merlin.
