The story is mainly set in Four Slaughters of Huang Kui and Old Nine Gates. I always feel that Chen Pi is cold by nature, yet somehow makes me feel sorry for him. I won't break up the canon couples, such as Xinyue and Foye, or Erye and Yatou. The heroine is lively and uninhibited. After her soul travels to another world, she meets a young Chen Pi. There are bound to be differences from the original. The focus is Old Nine Gates, but I've moved the timeline back a little. I'm not very experienced, so please don't be harsh if it's not to your taste. This is just to indulge my girlish heart, so please go easy on me. There are a thousand Chen Pis in a thousand readers' hearts. I'm simply presenting my own interpretation of him, while doing my best to keep him in character.
