Terminus [Western Fantasy]

Tracy runs the Bopolo Information Agency. Living under an assumed name in Rome, she searches for her brother Vino, who was framed by their family and ended up stranded in a foreign land. Before she can find Vino, she runs into her enemy's close friend, General Houston, in Rome. With danger all around them, Tracy only wants to take Vino and leave Rome as soon as possible, returning to Paris to clear his name and get revenge for him. What she doesn't know is that Houston came from Paris to Rome for her sake alone. A few things to know before reading: 1. Western setting, older man and younger woman, with an age gap of about 12 years. The male lead is Houston. One-on-one romance. 2. Set in a fictional world, though some real cities will serve as references. 3. I originally wanted to write a Western fantasy that wasn't very fantastical, with a few fantastical elements mixed into everyday items. By the time I finished, I realized that even those fantastical elements were few and far between. There are a few, though, and no other genre label really fits, so you can just read it as a regular Western romance. 4. This one has a little more romance than usual, which is really going to be the death of me. I don't think I'm very good at writing this stuff, but please bear with me. 5. Several male characters appear in the revenge storyline. There are even two types of blonde boys, and they're both my favorites. But neither of them has a romantic storyline with the heroine. Plot-focused, happy ending. Thanks to @Machine Dog, You Bad Cat for the wonderful drawing of Tracy and Crony (*/ω\*) Theme: Never give up in the face of adversity
