Chen Ruan'an is an orphan. After graduating from middle school, she went with people from her village to work at a garment factory. It took her until she was nineteen to save up 30,000 yuan. Tired of being a factory girl, she decided to enroll in a training course and learn a useful skill, hoping she could get an office job once she graduated.
Her dream was to find a job with regular hours, from nine to six, and weekends off.
Xie Yuan found a notebook and happened to see the dream Chen Ruan'an had written down. He wondered what kind of girl she was. She really was adorably naive.
