[Crossover] We Promise Not to Use Causality Weapons First

"You're paying extras' cafeteria bills but making the actors do superhero work. Author, doesn't your conscience hurt?"

As she was chased by combat robots and jumped off a cliff, Qiao Anxi thought this.

"You didn't even give us a script or lines, and you're just making the actors improvise. Author, doesn't your conscience hurt?"

As a dozen guns took aim at her, Qiao Anxi thought this.

"Oh, the author's conscience really doesn't hurt at all."

As the tip of a scepter pressed against her chest, Qiao Anxi thought this.

"You may not believe me, but this really was just a coincidence," the woman drawled. As the only living person still standing among all the bodies sprawled across the scene, she bent down and picked up a scepter from the ground.

"You have to believe that I'm kind and self-controlled, that I know the rules and understand the bigger picture..." As she spoke, she raised the scepter in her hand. "...that I cherish the dream of world peace and hold the lofty ideal of saving the world."

She tilted her head. Her pale blue eyes, clearly marked as controlled, reflected the light of the jewel on the scepter, glittering brilliantly.

"It's a pleasure to meet you," she said. "My name is Qiao Anxi."

"Anxi, peace and tranquility. Anxi, peace and rest."
