Synopsis

The print edition of "People Can't Be Judged by Their Looks" is now available for preorder. For the purchase link, see the Weibo account of Jinjiang's Yuexia Dieying. Yan Xi was born with the face of a tragic drama's leading lady. Even the old man who set up a fortune-telling stall by the back gate of her residential complex would shake his head and sigh when he saw her. "That girl has a face marked by misfortune. Her fate will be full of hardship. What a pity, what a pity." Yan Xi: ... As the saying goes, people can't be judged by their looks, and the ocean can't be measured with a bucket. Yan Xi thinks that although she has the face of a tragic heroine, she has the heart of a comedy heroine. P.S. Thanks to Li Huazhi for kindly providing the cover. Theme:

Personal Picks: Romance Worth Rereading

Female-lead enthusiast. I like strong female leads, comedy, and shipping couples, but not angst. A 10 means you'd regret missing it. (9, 10): Flawless masterpieces with minor flaws. (8, 9]: Excellent and memorable.

Delicious Romance Novels

Includes BG and GB. For readers who like traditional, classical romance: if a story about one man and one woman is well written, then it's good romance.

Great Reads I Love

Quick transmigration, feel-good power fantasies (sometimes at the expense of logic), romance or no CP, no bad endings, comedy and lighthearted fun, strong heroines, and more. Please recommend similar books!

Some great stories I gave five stars to only because five is the highest rating on Jinjiang! (Four stars only because there are already so many five-star reviews.)

Female-Lead Novels I Bought in Full [2]

Here are some fully read novels I wasn’t all that fond of and only skimmed, or whose plots I can barely remember because I read them so long ago. (Includes a few I really like; there wasn’t room for them on my other list.)
