The Chronicles of the Yong Clan: The Relief Case

In the spring of the thirty-fourth year of the Kangxi reign, life in the capital was as peaceful as ever. Yet far away in Pingyang, Shanxi, a powerful magnitude-8 earthquake struck on April 6. Qing archives and local gazetteers record that 28 prefectures and counties were affected, including Linfen, Xiangling, Hongdong, and Quwo. Fourteen of them suffered severe damage, with more than 52,600 people dead or injured. The Kangxi Emperor ordered relief efforts. At this time, the emperor's fourth son, Yinzhen, had just married and was gaining experience in the Ministry of Revenue. This is where the story begins. Basically, it's the story of the fourth prince's growth into the Yongzheng Emperor. There is a romance plot, but there might not be a female lead. After buying a pile of history books, I realized how naive I was to think I could write a historically accurate story, so this is probably still historical fiction, hahaha. But Acha will still do her best to write a good story. I hope you'll support me.
