Blurb:
Jin Yu is a carp spirit from Dongting Lake. After cultivating diligently for hundreds of years, she ascends to become a minor female immortal in the Jade Pool.
Who could have guessed that, at the Peach Banquet, a drunken monkey, thoroughly enjoying himself, would accidentally...
Kidnap her back to Flower-Fruit Mountain.
An old monkey, well versed in worldly affairs, offers the Monkey King a plan: "I've heard the Seventy-Two Cave Demon Kings all have several stronghold wives. Since Your Majesty has decided to descend to the mortal realm and claim dominion, why not...?"
Jin Yu, inexplicably wanted alongside him: ?
Five hundred years later
The demon king Jin Yu rules the waters. Without her knowledge, her underlings kidnap a monk traveling on the Journey to the West.
The monk's eldest disciple comes to demand his return. His underlings size up the golden-eyed youth outside the door and foolishly think: I've heard this is the Great Sage Equal to Heaven who caused Havoc in Heaven five hundred years ago. If our boss could kidnap him and make him her stronghold husband...
Jin Yu, inexplicably thrown under the bus by her underlings: ?
When they suddenly reunite, Sun Wukong looks at the "culprit" who got him trapped beneath Five Finger Mountain five hundred years ago and narrows his Fiery Golden Eyes...
Also known as:
"Daily Life as Flower-Fruit Mountain's Stronghold Wife"
"I Treated the Great Sage Equal to Heaven as a Fling and Then Dumped Him"
"Big Brother Has Been Captured by a Demon Again!"
The love interest is the Great Sage. An unconventional second-chance romance, all sweetness, no fuss!
Blurb 1:
Prime Minister Turtle of the East Sea Dragon Palace had eight sons. When the ninth egg rolled out, and the baby finally hatched, the old man, Nine-Thousand-Year-Old Turtle, grinned from ear to ear: At last, a little girl!
Following the naming pattern of the first eight, her name had been set in stone even before she hatched: Gui Jiu.
Reborn into the world of Journey to the West with memories of her past life, Gui Jiu has two wishes: first, to change her utterly uninspired name; and second, to see the peerless splendor of the Great Sage Equal to Heaven with her own eyes.
Huh? Where did that Little White Dragon from the West Sea come from?
Blurb 2:
Ao Lie first met Gui Jiu at Eagle Sorrow Ravine, where the old Dragon King had beaten him half to death and thrown him there to reflect on his mistakes.
Gui Jiu accidentally wanders into the cave and sees a white dragon covered in wounds, roaring in an attempt to scare her away. She freezes: If the junior disciple has appeared, then surely her idol, the Great Sage Equal to Heaven, can't be far behind!
Out of love for her idol, Gui Jiu decides to lend a hand. But after getting involved in someone else's business, she somehow ends up with a fiance, and they even go together to a place called Three Star Cave to study...
A scrappy little turtle who can be either meek or fierce vs. a charming Little White Dragon who can be sweet or salty.
Theme: Follow your idols and live your life well.
Childhood sweethearts are no match for heaven, hey
Ah this, ah this, what kind of house fighting script is this?
Is it the third prince? ? ? Did you burn a bead given by the Emperor of Heaven when you got married and then be punished? ? ? Is that so?
To be honest, I don't really like the 2-on-1 situation. I feel aggrieved by those who are not chosen (especially childhood sweethearts). Although everyone has different ideas, having to choose another one is moral kidnapping. I don't agree with it either, but it still makes me feel uncomfortable. If possible, I hope that Ao Mu's ending can be handled in a better way, not to mention that he deserves a true love. At least he can really let go.
I started writing it in 2018 and haven't finished it in 2020... I'm a little afraid to read it.
Jiujiu and Mu Mu obviously look alike, but it's just my fault that I stood on the wrong CP too early.
Hey, there were really too many male gods at that time, including the Great Sage, the Ou Ba, the Little White Dragon, and the Yang Jian. I liked every one of them, hahaha
This is actually finished. Oh my god, I have to watch it again.
It's really vulgar to be infatuated with nymphomaniacs
