[Some readers say this story is depressing, so proceed with caution, proceed with caution, proceed with caution.] Some people like being housewives; others are forced into it by their circumstances. While carrying out a mission in marriage mode, the most difficult setting of the romance game, the romance System X1708 encounters these Hosts who are housewives: A love-starved housewife in a CEO world; A pleasure-seeking housewife in an ancient household power-struggle world; A healing housewife married to a superstar in the entertainment industry; A controlling housewife kept as a puppet wife by a black mage in a Western fantasy world; An actress housewife whose husband is a sickly, obsessive prince in a matriarchal world; A sociable housewife kidnapped and imprisoned by a dragon, then forced to marry him; There are housewives of all kinds among the Hosts. There's always one to suit your taste. The housewives: We can handle things ourselves just fine. Why do we need a System? The System: I feel like every Host I've met is secretly a villain underneath.
