A cataclysm struck, and the seas rose. The world lost three-fifths of its land and three-fifths of its population, and from then on, it no longer belonged to humanity alone. However, the “Devils” endured from the world before the cataclysm, continuing to lurk in the reborn world. She and her assistants are the only “people” capable of fighting the “Devils,” even though she herself can turn the world upside down more effectively than any “devil”... This is a story written in a burst of frustration after a particularly repressed day. It has no end in sight; I posted it just to trap readers. I was tired of good-hearted heroines, so I’m using this instinct-driven heroine to vent. Basically, she’s the embodiment of every clichéd, shallow, boring heroine trait: “beautiful,” “all-capable,” “evil,” “ruthless,” “mysterious,” “crazy,” and so on. She has only one goal: to benefit herself at others’ expense. As it happens, that’s also the goal of this story. A special note: The story’s scope is too big, and the author’s abilities are limited. I’m warning you in advance about the many inevitable plot holes, and won’t explain them later. Venting is no crime, and criticism is fair game. Premise:
