My Girl

*Idly tapping the chessboard as blossoms fall by lamplight, waiting for a word from you. Once the piece is played, there's no regret.*

◇ When Lu Zhuochan first saw Ming Yan as a boy, only four words came to mind:

Graceful and lovely.

◇ Everyone in the entertainment industry knows:

The arrogant, unruly genius musician, Third Young Master Lu Zhuochan of the Mo family, is a wild little wolf you don't want to mess with.

Until one day, a paparazzo snapped a photo of him shamelessly trying to win over a girl...

That evening, the little wolf openly admitted it on Weibo:

Your Young Master here turns into a husky in front of his girl. So what!

◇ [Rant + help wanted] My girlfriend is quiet and well-behaved, and never clings to me, even when she's on her phone. What do I do?

Passerby: Easy. Delete her Taobao app, unlink her Alipay or whatever, and cut off her Wi-Fi. Tried and tested.

A few minutes later-

Call Me Third Young Master: I tried all of that, and then she went off to play a single-player game QAQ.

Passerby: What does your girlfriend play? Honor of Kings? Onmyoji?

Call Me Third Young Master: ...Neither. X Ya Chess.

Passerby: Checkmate.
