Go Ahead, Try to Beat Me to Death

Yun Ze is a scumbag, but he never tries to hide it. He lives life on his own terms, without caring if the world goes to hell after he's gone.

In the final year of the Great Xia Kingdom, the mountain passes were impossible to cross. The starving army from east of the pass encountered an extraordinary man, who advised them to march on the now undefended imperial court in the Central Plains, heedless of the lives of the people in several cities.

After the founding of Nanning, its most famous figure was neither a peerlessly beautiful woman nor a mighty general, but the strategist of the regency army. He believed speed was paramount in war, and abandoned every wounded soldier. Nanning pursued war after war, and in just three years, the realm had fallen back into chaos.

A note from the author

First, the protagonist is a scumbag with deeply questionable values, who sleeps with men and women alike. Don't expect me to redeem the villain.

Second, I'm writing this for the fun of it. With nothing to read, I have to take matters into my own hands.
