The prophecy says: The Nether Yin Jade of the Ice River, the blood of an ancient beauty. Blood jade offers twin butterflies in sacrifice. When □□ stirs, the heavenly fire will be spent, and the world-destroying and world-creating art will rule all beneath heaven.
In the ancient book Twin Butterflies, the song Moon White depicts her as pure as the moon, without a trace of splendor; the song Red Passion depicts her as a peach blossom in full bloom.
She said, "With the power of the ancient twin butterflies, I will stand forever by your side, until the butterfly world falls."
"Or, if the demon enters your heart, I will destroy every living soul."
You asked me to promise. Here it is: I will stand by your side forever. Until you die.
He laughed aloud. His ringing laughter filled the night, like brilliant fireworks across the sky.
The moon shifted, passed the pillars, and scattered osmanthus-colored light across the room. The flawless jade pendant rivaled the moon's pure brightness, its silver glow like water. Light fell upon the butterflies embroidered on his dark purple robe, their colors muted. The breeze stirred them, making them dance as if about to fly, into the white hem of her moon-colored skirt, where red silk curled like flames.
After a long while, his laughter faded beside the woman's lips, and a soft, drunken murmur spilled out: "Even if heaven and earth lie barren and silent, my love will never change. In this life, I will follow your heart, faithful in life and death."
And so the story of his love for her was recorded in The Butterfly World Chronicle, The Butterfly's Reign.

Damn, the author's comment section is so bleak, let me make up the numbers. P. S. This writing style is like the Mary Sue type I used to like???
