Heartbeats [GL]

This is what a good romance should look like: she sees her, she likes her, and the other woman likes her too.

She doesn't have to take ninety-nine steps while the other waits to take just one.

Instead, she takes her fifty steps, and the other takes her fifty,

And they meet halfway, without missing each other or having to scheme.

Everything happens naturally.

A sweet romance with no angst, just sugar and everyday life.

Winter makes me want to write something warm and sweet.
