Jungle Survival Record

Ai Qing traveled back to ancient times. There were no skyscrapers or delicious food here, only fluffy big cats and man-eating beasts in the jungle.

To survive, she, a helpless weakling, tearfully gnawed on tree roots.

The cat paced anxiously, rumbling at her: ****** (That's poisonous.)

Ai Qing stared at the tree root in her hands, completely baffled.

Seeing that she couldn't understand, the big cat anxiously hugged its fluffy tail and kneaded it. When Ai Qing kept eating, the cat let out a long, worried howl.

Ai Qing watched the cat approach step by step, not understanding why it was angry.

The big cat carried her home. And so, in the unfamiliar, lush forest, she began a life of digging up wild vegetables, picking wild fruit, and coaxing a fluffy creature.

Ai Qing at first: Its paws are so sharp and scary! Could it crush me to death by accident?!

Ai Qing, after getting used to the cat: A fluffy little kitty (?). I'm in!

[Before You Read]:

* The male lead is not a beastman or an actual cat, just a member of a catlike species.

* The female lead doesn't have an exaggerated golden finger. She does a little pioneering within reasonable limits.

* This is categorized as an ancient-era story, and the writing style fits the historical fiction section.

* The male lead is simply called Cat (I haven't named him because I didn't care enough. I thought long and hard about it, and decided there was no name cuter or more fitting for him.)

Message: Live on with optimism.
