Sparrow Fanfiction: Let Me Spoil You

Xu Qingcheng (admiring herself in a mirror): I'm not bragging, but I really do live up to my name. Oh ho ho ho ho! Xu Bicheng (sneaking a glance away): We have the same mother. We do have the same mother, right...? Tang Shanhai: Once you enter the Xu family, it's as deep as the sea. From then on, innocence is a thing of the past. Chen Shen: Ever since I met my Bicheng, my life has been one disaster after another. Boohoo... ◆Reader's Guide:◆ 1. The female lead is an original character, and her CP is Tang Shanhai, a Kuomintang officer. 2. The timeline, characters, and background mostly follow the original, so feel free to read. 3. The story won't be a slow burn. Please go easy on the silly-sweet romance and logical inconsistencies. I'll do my best to avoid them. 4. The content in this story comes from the TV drama Sparrow, though some parts are the author's own ideas. 5. I started writing this because after watching the TV version of Sparrow, I didn't feel sorry for the male lead. Instead, I felt sorry for the male supporting character, who was being cheated on. So I paired him with a bold girl who would love him faithfully. Expect sweet romance. 6. The female lead had no first love in her previous life, and Tang Shanhai is the only person she'll love in this one. 7. Because of the subject matter, this story won't be published as a paid work. I write purely for fun, so I hope you'll support me. If you can, please add my other three books to your favorites. Many thanks! The male lead of my other fanfic is Zhang Dafoye.
