A Beauty in Troubled Times

Shen Qian is a woman with an emotional aversion to impurity. This is about her battle with her husband, his childhood sweetheart, and all sorts of other women. Zhang Shaoqing is a warlord in a time of chaos. Can he remain faithful to his fastidious wife, in both body and heart? Writing a blurb is so hard. I just want to say that this is really a story about an idealistic, artsy young woman falling in love with a crude man who has no artistic sensibilities.
