Apostle of Guixu

East of the Bohai Sea, in a valley of the deep ocean,

there is a place where spirits dwell, called Guixu.

All beings born in the deep sea will eventually return to Guixu, guided there by fate.

Yun Yang is an emissary of Guixu. For thousands of years, he has guided souls along the road of reincarnation.

One day, by chance, Yun Yang found a little tree spirit on his way back.

He taught the little tree spirit to read and write, and how to navigate human relationships.

The tree spirit accompanied Yun Yang as he wandered the mortal world and traveled to and from Guixu.

In the end, the tree spirit devoured Yun Yang whole.
