[Naruto] Home (Short Stories About Family, No Pairings)

Set a little over two months after Shukaku was extracted and revived. Gaara feels unwell during a routine follow-up visit. I barely remember the anime scene of Gaara extracting Shukaku, and I don't know if this matches the original story. I just wanted to convey the feeling that “there's no place like your own little home, even compared to a golden nest or a silver nest.”

Home is where the heart is. I guess that's what it means.

In many stories, Gaara gets worked to the bone after becoming Kazekage. That's probably how it really is, since he's such a devoted, conscientious Kazekage who gives his all. But now things are different. He has a home that has gradually melted the thick ice around his heart and grown warmer by the day, and the unwavering support of his siblings. No matter how many hardships the future holds, he'll keep moving forward.

That's what family is.

I revised this short story, which was selected for the writing contest at Ai Ba. Times have changed, and I've seen so many CP pairings, but deep down I still feel that the bond between family members lasts the longest and runs the deepest.

An author with an overactive imagination is nothing to fear. A writer who plays dirty with technology is.

A slapdash, rapid-updating novelist VS a cool, sharp-tongued, devoted male fan.

The story of a novice writer who refuses to give up, pouring out all her melancholy and tears, and somehow becomes a god as she keeps writing (not really = =).

A new project, "The Melancholy of a Rapid-Update Author [Quick Transmigration]," is open for advance registration. I'm working on the manuscript...
