But behind them is the warmest support, a glimmer of starlight. However faint, it's enough to light up the darkness.
They may be battered and bruised, drenched in blood, but once they've chosen this road, they won't back down. Heads held high, they stride forward, and even if they end up bloody and battered, they will never admit defeat. That's who they are.
Wang Yao. Ye Xiu.
