This story came from an idea the author had: If Mourinho were Sir Alex's son-in-law, how hilarious would it be to see Mourinho go head-to-head with Sir Alex in the Premier League? :-D
So the female lead is Sir Alex's daughter, and later on she'll become a coach too.
Female lead: "If you keep opposing Dad like this, aren't you worried he won't let you in at Christmas?"
Mourinho: "Dad wouldn't be that petty... Maybe I should take him a bottle of red wine and sweet-talk him?"
After the most epic showdown between a couple in history, Mourinho, as the winner, lavishes praise on his team at the press conference while the female lead smiles silently beside him...
Back home, Mourinho silently kneels on a keyboard, doing housework to beg for forgiveness...

Just so you know, Mourinho won't appear much at the beginning. He's still in Portugal and Spain, working as a translator and assistant coach. ;-)
The early chapters are all about the female lead gaining experience and leveling up at Manchester United.
In the author's eyes, Mourinho is the most handsome coach. In a suit and a long black trench coat, standing at the sidelines, he's unbelievably swoon-worthy!!
The author is a die-hard Red Devils fan, so the story will definitely favor Manchester United. If you can't accept that, feel free to move along.
