and ventures alone into Shanghai.
She experiences separation, schemes, and deceit, and finds knowledge, friendship, and love.
She puts her learning to use and serves her country. Women, too, can leave a lasting mark on the pages of history.
1931 is when the dream begins. She wagers her life and sets a spark ablaze, soon to become a prairie fire.
The story is locked while I give it a major revision. The earlier setting and plot fell apart.
