The company behind NCT debuted a new four-member girl group, Vacuum, the same year as NCT.
To promote Vacuum while also pushing NCT, the executives decided to promote the two groups together. They planned a rookie group variety show called "HOT&LOVE," released collaboration songs featuring different members from the two groups, and included the most popular pairings in a newly produced TV drama as on-screen couples.
Some members of NCT U, NCT 127, and NCT DREAM are the main characters, while the rest play supporting roles.
The plot is quite Mary Sue, so please don't flame me if it's not your thing.
