A reply from seven years later: I'm sorry, I've abandoned this story. I swore I wouldn't, but I did. It all began when I thought of a magical artifact: two quills made from unicorn hair or the hair of some other magical creature, letting Hermione and the protagonist contact each other and be emotional support when Hermione was separated from everyone else, like a written version of a two-way mirror. That naturally led to the idea of the protagonist being a Slytherin spy at school, and then I started writing without an outline. When I got busy with my university internship and stopped updating, those fleeting inspirations slowly disappeared. I grew more and more afraid to open this account. During that time, I came across many wonderful completed Harry Potter stories. There were perfect novels like Ravenclaw's Sapphire, where the protagonist later worked as a spy, and it made me feel even more that a story written with my elementary-school-level skills had no reason to exist. Now that I'm finally working and have the courage to log in again, I'm truly ashamed to see that people have left comments over the years. Farewell.
