The heroine is Monet, and her pairing with Doflamingo makes for a really enjoyable story. The writing style is good too. Sadly, I'm not the original author [shrugs]. I found it on Tieba and reposted it. The original poster's secret identity is "The Children's Code." Excerpt:
Determined not to let "Monet sleep comfortably," Doflamingo chuckled a few times, tapped the table, and called out, "What should we choose for our national style, Monet?"
Monet had only been asleep for a few minutes. She felt as if a cold hand had suddenly slipped down her collar in a freezing wind, given her a grope, then pulled away. She jerked upright. Without thinking, and with no time to weigh her words, she blurted out one of Buffalo's usual morale-boosting slogans for his subordinates: "Glory to our mighty Doflamingo!"
The moment the words left her mouth, Monet regretted them. She glanced over her shoulder at Buffalo, who was sitting behind her. His eyebrows were angled like the hands of a clock at eight twenty, and he looked ready to blast the person who'd stolen his answer away with a fan. If you listened closely, you could even hear Buffalo clicking his tongue in frustration.
Monet hurriedly turned back, only to find everyone staring at her in unison. They all wore expressions that said either, "Are you messing with me?" or, "This is such an important officers' meeting. What are you talking about?" Everyone, that is, except the person who'd just been glorified, Doflamingo.
Doflamingo still had that same irreverent air. With his pink sunglasses hiding any hint of emotion, he sat through the eerie silence, which lasted for nearly a minute. Then everyone added a look of pity to their faces: "Monet, you're done for."
Could you all be any more obvious with your expressions? Monet thought indignantly. Then she looked at Doflamingo with some trepidation, praying that he'd just laugh off the national style she'd come up with without thinking and let the matter drop.
As it turned out, no one there had expected Doflamingo to actually like the phrase. What a great line! It was much better than Crocodile's "No turkeys or dogs allowed," better than Mihawk's "Don't bother me unless it's important," better than Moria's "Give me any unwanted shadows and corpses," better than Kuma's "Want to go on a trip to an unknown destination, with an unknown chance of survival?" And it was even better than Jinbe's "The sun, damn it!"
After comparing them all, Doflamingo's delight overflowed. Along with the rosy glow of his pink glasses, his gaze toward Monet held a few traces of approval. He only looked away when Monet's bare arms broke out in goosebumps and she couldn't stop shivering.
Then he swept his pen across the paper and slapped his hand on the table. "Fufufu, let's go with that."
And so, the important matters of national style and public image were cheerfully and hastily settled:
National color: pink
National flower: rose
National treasure: turkey
National style: Glory to our mighty Doflamingo!
I haven't been able to contact the original author. If anyone knows them, please get in touch with me.
Transferred... That's okay too
Dad, tell me three times, it will never be a scam, it will never be a scam, it will definitely not be a scam!!!! >3<

Little kid... After all, the age difference is there, just wait for the extra chapter
I read it on Tieba a long time ago. It's a very interesting article. That's why I searched for articles about Monet and Brother Ming.
Go study if you feel tired😂
The scene with Krasson was so cruel. Will they let him get lunch here?? Doflamingo's height is indeed... Very impressive There is also a very fond name for the children who are the goddess Monet.
The article is great~⊙ω⊙
I seem to have read this article on the forum. I like this kind of Monet goddess who is cold on the outside and hot on the inside_(:3∠)_
