When I first started graduate school, I got curious about the brands of racing motorcycles and rewatched Andy Lau's old film Dream Chaser with my roommate Honghong. Somehow, the two of us turned this classic, lyrical, tragic movie into a comedy. The plot of this twenty-year-old film felt dated, the leads' clothes were old-fashioned, and, more importantly, the "dream" they were chasing seemed ridiculous. It was hard to tell whether it was brotherhood or loyalty among friends. In the end, nothing was left behind, and the wedding dress at the church became a dream that would never come true... Now that I'm a dream chaser myself, I know that the value of a dream is beyond measure!
This story is for everyone still working hard to chase their dreams, and for all the brave racers!
