(I)
A rare jade Jesus pendant gleamed with a warm luster, swaying back and forth as if guiding someone toward a sacred place...
Yuan Xiaotian slowly woke and let out a long sigh. There she was, having the same dream again. What could it possibly foretell?
“Mom, what’s for breakfast?” She wrinkled her pretty nose playfully, greeting her mother, Gu Xinhua, in her own way. It seemed the dream hadn’t affected her hearty appetite at all. Gu Xinhua gazed fondly at the angel who brought her joy and was her only support, then smiled and answered, “Buttered bread, a fried egg, and milk. Your favorites.”
“You’re the only one who really gets me, Mom!”
Watching her daughter enjoy breakfast with such satisfaction, Gu Xinhua’s face broke into a loving smile. Her precious daughter, Yuan Xiaotian, was eighteen this year, in the bloom of youth. Her fresh, lovely face and graceful, well-proportioned figure spoke of good genes. But her clear, pure eyes, so bright and lively, came from neither parent. They were entirely her own.
“Mom,” Xiaotian said between mouthfuls, “I dreamed about that pendant again.”
“Slow down, or you’ll choke.”
“Really?” Gu Xinhua patted her daughter’s back, her expression suddenly complicated. “I only wish we could find that family and properly repay them for the great kindness of sparing our lives!”
“Even if we can’t find them, don’t lose heart. Just let them live another couple of years!”
“You little rascal!” Her mother gave her a light tap on the head. Xiaotian stuck out her tongue. “I’m off, Mom. Bye!” She grabbed her backpack and dashed downstairs.
What type should this be considered?
It's interesting to write!
Good looking~ Why hasn't it been updated yet?
What a turning point. What happened later?
Good! Go on!
Below. Below, below
Come on, I will continue to pay attention!
Come on, Keke! I support you.
I read 8 chapters in one go. It feels okay. The model is still a bit old. However, I still feel nostalgic and encourage you to continue.
It seems interesting. I think I can guess it right, but I still want to see how the author writes it
