Jenny Carries Simpson Away

A short story, a writing exercise, and so sweet it'll make your teeth ache. The male lead is still a kid! He doesn't understand anything! Don't bully him! A loyal dog in the making, the male lead comes with stalker tendencies. He's been practicing his following skills since childhood (not really), and he can act cute and roll around. He has (pay attention here) BLIND! ADORATION! for the heroine! The scariest thing in the world isn't failing to see what someone is really like. It's failing to see what someone is really like while wearing rose-colored glasses. His heart deceives his eyes... It even drapes Jenny in a rainbow glow, surrounds her with roses, and... Well, there's no saving him. The heroine? She's not important. You can just pretend you're the heroine (smiling JPG). Important note: The male lead has nothing to do with the Simpsons family from the cartoon. He's a super cute, handsome little boy (covers face).
