The History of a Silly Cat's Cuteness

A thousand years ago, on the birthday of Zhurong, the God of Fire, an earthly immortal from the lower realm presented him with a priceless piece of blue jade as a birthday gift. Delighted, Zhurong used his divine flame to forge the jade into an adorable little cat to serve as a tea pet. One day, the refined and elegant Taishang Laojun was drinking tea with Zhurong when he saw the jade tea pet, and his curiosity was piqued. And so, the cunning and devious Taishang Laojun played a game of Go against the terrible-at-Go God of Fire Zhurong, and won the jade tea pet. Taishang Laojun couldn't go a day without tea, and every day he would discuss life with great figures from the immortal realm or the Buddhist realm. And so... somehow, a certain cat became an immortal! Just like that, it became an immortal! Became an immortal! Immortal! ... With Taishang Laojun spoiling it so much, the cat became utterly lawless, seriously lowering the quality of life in the immortal realm. Then, after the cat stole a divine treasure, all the immortals kicked it down to the mortal world... And so the cat began a life of acting silly, ah no, being adorable every day.
